Use this handy App to add, schedule, share and join a Zoom meeting, all without leaving Google Calendar.
Zoom Google Calendar Add-on by Zoom
You can install this for your entire company within Gsuite or just your own account.
Once installed you need to login to your Zoom account once and from then on when you create a new event in Google Calendar you will see the Zoom option added in the Add Conferencing drop down.
You can see below the Zoom Meeting, including password, if you have that option enabled, is visible for you to join and share within the appointment event itself – so easy!
Zoom Scheduler Chrome or Firefox Extension
You can achieve the same thing by installing the Zoom Scheduler for Firefox or Chrome. This creates a handy Make It A Zoom Meeting Button.
